"Pretty Sure I’ll Be Ordering Again"
I grabbed a sandwich from Capriotti’s and it was really good. The bread was nice and soft, the meat had solid flavor, and it didn’t have that dry feel you sometimes get at other places. I went with the Bobbie, and yeah, it definitely hit the spot. Nothing too fancy, just a really tasty sandwich. I’d probably order it again for sure.

"Pretty solid and worth it"
I’ve ordered from capriottis.com a few times now, and it’s been a good experience overall. The sandwiches taste fresh, the portions are larger than I expected, and I usually end up with leftovers. It’s not exactly the cheapest option, but for the amount of food you get, I feel like it’s still worth it.

"Still Love the Bobbie"
Ordered from Capriotti’s again. I got the Bobbie. It was really good, as usual. The turkey tasted fresh. The bread was soft. They loaded it up with stuffing and cranberry too. It’s one of those sandwiches I actually crave. Delivery took a little while, but it was packed well. Still tasted great. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Way Bigger Than I Expected"
I ordered from Capriotti’s the sandwich was bigger than I thought it would be. To me, it felt like a good value because they didn’t skimp on the meat and it actually filled me up. The fries were just alright, nothing too memorable, but the portion was still decent. I’d definitely order again, especially on a day when I’m really hungry.

The whole thing felt like a small victory. I could change the toppings and add extra sauce without any hassle, and when my sub showed up, it was exactly how I pictured it. No missing extras, no sad surprises, just the sandwich I wanted.

"The turkey keeps pulling me back in"
I grabbed Capriotti’s again the other day, the meat is still the thing I notice first. Like, before I even think about the bread or toppings, I’m already thinking, yeah, this tastes fresh. The turkey especially was really good, not dry, not weirdly processed tasting, just solid. I eat sandwiches from a lot of random lunch spots, and Capriotti’s definitely feels a step above most of them when it comes to the meat.

"Great Variety for the Whole Family"
I really like that Capriotti’s has more than just the usual basic sandwich options. The turkey sandwiches are my go-to, but there’s enough on the menu that everyone in my family can find something they like, which makes ordering easier. The only downside is that it can get a little pricey, so I took off one star for that.

"Kind of hit or miss lately"
I’ve ordered from here a handful of times now, usually when I don’t feel like cooking, and it’s been a mixed bag. There were a couple orders that were totally fine and tasted good, so I keep giving it another shot. But then other times the food shows up cold, or there’s something missing from the bag, which is a little frustrating. I don’t mind the place overall, I just wish the experience was more consistent.

"Rewards Program Made Me Feel Like I Was Chasing My Own Points"
I actually like Capriotti’s food, which is why this was so annoying. I placed an order expecting my points to show up, but of course they didn’t, and then the app/site kept acting like I wasn’t even logged in. It felt like I had to fight just to get credit for something I already paid for. Support did eventually respond, but it took a while and still didn’t really solve anything. if you’re ordering mainly for the rewards, I wouldn’t count on it being worth the hassle.

"Fresh and Simple in the Best Way"
You can really tell the ingredients are fresh here. The lettuce is actually crisp, the turkey has good flavor, and the bread never tastes like it’s been sitting around all day. Compared to a lot of other sandwich spots I’ve tried, it just feels a lot fresher and more put together. Nothing fancy, but the little things make a big difference.

I ordered from Capriotti's for lunch and it was smooth overall. The site was easy enough to figure out, and I was able to customize my sandwich about how I wanted it without any hassle. Checkout was quick, and the pickup time was right around when they said it would be. My food was ready when I got there, and everything in the bag was correct, which I always appreciate. I’d definitely use the online ordering again.

"Support Eventually Helped, But It Didn’t Feel Right"
I had a problem with my order, and while support did get back to me eventually, it took days. After all that waiting, the solution was just a small credit. I guess it’s better than nothing, but it felt like the bare minimum. If a company messes up an order, I think they should take a bit more responsibility than that.

"Quick and Easy Pickup"
I’ve ordered from Capriotti’s a few times now, and the service has usually been quick. My sandwich was ready right around the time they quoted me, which I really appreciated. One time it took a little longer during the lunch rush, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, pickup is easy and the speed is literally one of the reasons I keep going back

"Really good bread"
I ordered from Capriotti’s, the bread was kind of the highlight for me. It was soft but still held everything together without getting all soggy, which I always appreciate. I do think it could’ve used a little more crunch on the outside, but overall it was a really solid sandwich. That part was probably what I liked most...
